A new boutique festive experience, is how the organisers describe Arcadian Field, which takes place at Bellurgan Park over Saturday and Sunday, 3031 July next.

Meanwhile, audiences will know what to expect when Phil Coulter performs his Festive Reflection­s in the town hall on 25 November.

Neverthele­ss, two big dates for the diary.

Tickets, priced €60 each, are available at bellurganp­ark.ie for this month’s event.

For over 21s only, you can bring your own beer to the north Louth venue.

In addition to the music, there will be nature walks, informativ­e talks, yoga, therapeuti­c and healing areas.

The line-up includes, Accidents In The Workplace, Brass Phantoms, Captain Moonlight, David Keenan, Finnian Kelleher, Just Mustard, Martins Party, Nix Moon, Navy Cut, Niall McGuigan, Podracer and many more.

‘Arcadian Field will cater for a select number of guests on top of artists and volunteers.

‘We want to really look after all our guests and will be offering all-inclusive activities, such as sound healing, yoga, nature walks, various outdoor activities, tea parties and more as part of the festival.

‘ The weekend performanc- es will include music, spoken word, poetry, theatre and acrobatics.

‘All activities and events will take place inside the house, in the connecting walled garden stage and on the larger main stage known as ‘Valhalla’,’ say the promoters.

Looking further ahead, multi-award winning musician, Phil Coulter, comes to An Táin arts centre’s main stage for one night only on Friday, 25 November at 8pm.

Enjoy a festive treat with Phil, where he will perform new arrangemen­ts of all his favourite classic songs from ‘ The Town I Loved So Well’ to ‘Steal Away’, along with a seasonal selection with his very special guest, Geraldine Branagan.

Coulter has performed with some of the greats, from James Galway and the London Symphony Orchestra to Nanci Griffith and The Blue Moon Orchestra, not to mention Henry Mancini, Elmer Bernstein and Quincy Jones.

Tickets for his Dundalk appearance are €25 each.
