THERE was no jackpot winner in the lotto draw held on Wednesday 14th September. The winning numbers were 2, 10, 12 and 25. There was one match-3 winner Bridín McQuillan, Clogherhea­d who won €150 each. Next weeks jackpot stays at €10,000, with the reserve jackpot staying at €10,000 and the second Reserve jackpot rising to €2,050. Tickets are available from the usual local outlets, Lotto sellers and any committee member. Funds raised from our lotto draw go towards the running of the club and your support is greatly appreciate­d.

Naomh Fionnbarra/Lannleire U-15 team beat Glen Emmets 5-13(28) to 1-6(9) in the U-15 Division 3 League Round 6 on Monday 12th September.

Naomh Fionnbarra/Lannleire U-16 team beat Newtown Blues 5-5(20) to 2-12(18) in the U-16 Division 3 League Semi Final on Saturday 17th September. Matthew O’Reilly (NF); Luke Kennedy (NF), Tunji Ifaturoti (L), Kalum Regan (NF); Aaron McArdle (L), CJ Corentin (L), Jack Maguire (L); Adam Hanratty (NF), Pierce Hawkins (L); Killian Gregory (L) 1-3, Josh Crosbie (NF) 1-0, Caoimhín Maher (L) 0-1f; Jack Kearney (NF), Ciarán Markey (NF) 2-1, Chris Leonard (L) 1-0. Subs: Colum Kierans (NF), Jordan Smith (L). The lads are now through to the final v Roche Emmets. Well done!

The Naomh Fionnbarra/Lannleire U-14 team are through to the U-14 B Championsh­ip Semi Final v St. Nicholas on Monday 19th Sepetember in Darver at 7pm.

The Naomh Fionnbarra/Lannleire U-18 team are through to the U-18 B Championsh­ip Semi Final v Oliver Plunketts on Wednesday 21st Sepetember in Darver at 7pm.

The Naomh Fionnbarra/Lannleire U-16 team are through to the U-16 B Championsh­ip Final v Newtown Blues with venue and time to be confirmed.

There are plenty of upcoming fixtures this week for supporters and players alike, please come along and support our teams if you can make it. For more fixtures details please see local press, Louth and Proud website and the Louth GAA website.

The juveniles held their last training session on Thursday 15th September. There was a great turnout of kids and there was an ice cream van on hand for treats and tea and coffee for the mams and dads as a thank you for their help all year! Well done to everyone involved and hopefully 2017 will be as good as this year.

The club would like to express its deepest sympathy to the families of Cameron Fox, Brittas, Craig Byrne, Callystown and Ann McLoughlin, Ardee who passed away recently. May they rest in peace.
