Lotto: The Cúchulainn Gaels Weekly Lotto draw took place on Wednesday last, November 2.

The numbers drawn were 6, 7, 20 and 24 but no one matched all four numbers to claim the top prize. There were no ‘match three’ winners. and the 5 lucky dip winners were P. Boyle, E. Brennan, P. Fearon, J. Morgan and A. Phillips. This week’s draw carries a jackpot of €20,000 and the new reserve jackpot is €5,200.

Annual Dinner Dance: The Cuchulainn Gaels Annual Dinner Dance will take place on Saturday, November 19, in The Granvue, Omeath. Tickets are €30 for adults and €25 for U18’s. There are a limited number of tickets available.

Health Courses: Cuchulainn Gaels Health and Well-being officer, Ciara Connolly, would like to draw club members’ attention to two upcoming courses- ‘Understand­ing Self Harm’ on Wednesday December 7 and ‘Safetalk’ on Thursday December 8. AGM: The Cuchulainn Gaels AGM is scheduled for November 23rd at 8pm. We invite all players/parents and coaches to attend. Day Trip to Croke Park: The Cuchulainn Gaels Club have organized a day trip to Croke Park Museum on Saturday next, November 12 for their underage players who have played in the under 10 to under 13 age groups this year. The club is proud to be sponsoring this day trip as an end of year reward for our older underage players – very well deserved for their participat­ion and great performanc­es on the field throughout the year.

The bus departs from the club changing rooms

at 11:20 am sharp on Saturday November 12. It will arrive at Croke Park at approx. 1:15pm. The guided tour of Croke Park and the Museum will finish at 3:30pm. The group will stop at AppleGreen on the way home for refreshmen­ts and will arrive back in Omeath at 6:00pm approx.
