HUGE INTEREST AND EXCELLENT RESULTS AT LAND AUCTION
PROPERTY Partners Laurence Gunne have sold at auction, two portions of land. The first, 50.5 acres at Grangebellew, Drogheda, Co. Louth located on the Grangebellew to Drogheda Road was an attractive holding in one division. The property was offered for sale by public auction last Thursday in the Monasterboice Inn to a crowded room. Bidding started for Auctioneer Stephen Gunne at €400,000 and sold after 29 bids for €600,000, representing a price of €12,000 per acre. On the same day 7.5 acres at Charleville was offered for sale by auction. The land comprised a compact plot just off the motorway. Bidding started at €30,000 and was eventually sold after 31 bids for €76,000.

The lands at Charleville offered a location close to the motorway.’ The company, Property Partners Laurence Gunne have recently sold 111 acres at Kilcurry, Dundalk for an undisclosed sum.
