Capt. Mark Duffy, Sandymount, Blackrock, Dundalk, and Search & Rescue, Irish Coast Guard, whose death occurred tragically, on 14 March, 2017. Mark, Hermione’s husband and soulmate, adored father of Esmé and Fionn; predecease­d by his father Jimmy. He will be forever missed by his wife, daughter, son, mother Sheila, brothers Gavan and Donard, step-father Peter, sisters-in-law Annemarie and Sophie, his uncles, aunts, nephews and his many, many friends and colleagues. Reposing at his home from 1pm until 7pm on Wednesday. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11am in St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Blackrock, followed by Cremation in Dardistown Crematoriu­m at 2pm.

Andy Califf, L.C.C., St. Alphonsus, Road, Dundalk, and formerly of Grange Drive, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 27 March, 2017. Very deeply regretted by his loving family, Rebecca (née White), sons Sean and Andrew, daughter Eimear, parents Cyril and Helen, brother Gerry, sisters Carol and Elaine, partner Rachel, uncles, aunts, brothers and sistersin-law, mother-in-law Maureen, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, relatives, wonderful neighbours, all his friends and colleagues in Louth Co. Council and North East Runners Club. Reposing at Shevlin’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, from Wednesday morning 11am to 8pm. Removal on Thursday afternoon at 12.45pm proceeding on foot to Saint Joseph’s Redemptori­st Church, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm, followed by burial in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery, Dundalk.

Oliver Seery, Newry Road, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 26 March, 2017, peacefully, surrounded by his family in the kind and gentle care of the staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Beloved husband of Annette and cherished father of Catherine and Elise. Oliver will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife, daughters, sonin-law Brendan, Elise’s partner Martin, grandsons Christophe­r and Adam, brother Patsy, sisters Theresa, Angela and Veronica, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at his home on Tuesday afternoon from 2pm. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10.30am to St Nicholas’ Church, arriving for 11am Funeral Mass. Thereafter to St Patrick’s for burial. House private on Wednesday morning please.

Delia Bridget Cunningham (née Callan), Drumnagrel­la, Inniskeen, whose death occurred, peacefully, at the Mater Private Hospital, Dublin, on 24 March, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Removal Monday morning to the Church of Mary Mother of Mercy, arriving for 11am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery. Delia, beloved wife of Paddy, much loved sister of Lily Halpenny ( Tallanstow­n), May Faughey (Forkhill), Rose Callan (Louth village), Margaret McKenna (Dromiskin); and predecease­d by brother Paddy (Louth village). Deeply regretted by sisters-in-law, brothersin-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Patrick (Patsy) Barry, Glenmore, Riverstown, Dundalk, (former postman), whose death occurred peacefully on 24 March 2017, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Sheila and devoted father of Eileen, Pauline, Dermot, Aidan, Sean, Padraic and Julie. 12 noon Requiem Mass in The Church of St. Anne, Mullaghbuo­y. Margaret Carroll (née Mackin), St. Alphonsus Road, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 24 March, 2017, peacefully in Carlingfor­d Nursing Home. Margaret, beloved wife of the late Thomas and dear sister of Philomena, Noel, Benny, and Gerard. Deeply regretted by her brothers, sister, brothersin-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephe­w, grandniece­s, relatives and friends. Removal on Monday morning at 10.40am to St Joseph’s Redemptori­st Church arriving for Mass at 11am followed by cremation on Glasnevin Crematoriu­m.

Donal Mulholland, Ballymakel­lett, Ravensdale, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully at home on 24 March, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. Predecease­d by his parents Patsy and Joan and brothers Pat and Gabriel. Very deeply regretted by his beloved wife Rosalyn and children Gabrielle and Emmett. Also by his sisters Maria, Fidelma, Paula and Roma, brothers Louis, Joseph and Fintan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Christina Bond, Legion Avenue, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully at home on 23 March, 2017. Removal on Saturday at 10.30am, to St. Nicholas’ Church, arriving for Mass at 11am.

Margaret Craven (née Savage), Balriggan, Kilcurry, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully at her residence on 22 March, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. Predecease­d by her husband Seán. Very deeply regretted by her loving sons Malachy, Pat, George, Pearce, Seán, Raymond and Gerard, daughters Margaret Kirk, Freda McCann and Lorraine Brown, brothers David and Paddy, sisters Nancy, Angela, Martina and Majella, grandchild­ren, great-grandchild­ren, sons and daughters-in-law, brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, relatives, wonderful neighbours and friends.
