VOLKSWAGEN Group Ireland has been recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland in 2017. This well-deserved accolade was announced at the Great Place to Work Best Workplaces in Ireland awards which took place recently in the Clayton Hotel, Dublin .

This is the fourth time that Volkswagen Group has been recognised as a top Irish workplace on the basis of a confidential and comprehensive employee survey and an independent assessment of their policies and practices.

Commenting on this accolade, Tom Fleming, Human Resources Director of Volkswagen Group Ireland said, ‘We are proud to once again be recognised among Ireland’s Best Workplaces. We will celebrate this recognition today and then get on with the challenge of making this an even better workplace where talented and committed people continue to do their best work, receive regular feedback, are recognised, rewarded and offered personal and career progression. For Volkswagen Group Ireland the great workplace journey continues.”

In 2017, Great Place to Work Ireland celebrates 15 years of recognising great workplaces through the publication of their Best Workplaces in Ireland lists, and the number of high-trust workplaces in Ireland continues to increase as more organisations discover the business benefits of developing a culture where all employees are empowered to do their best work.
