Gerald King, Killeen, Newry, Co. Armagh, and formerly Cornamuckl­agh, Omeath, whose death occurred on 9 April, 2017. Beloved son of the late Gerry and Blinnia and dear brother of Michael, Terry, Peter, Winifred, Marie, Blinnia, Pauline, Elizabeth, Kate, Shenna and the late Owen and baby Sean. Gerald’s remains are reposing at his brother Peter’s residence, 36 Clontigora Road, Killeen until removal on Tuesday morning at 11.30am, arriving for Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon in St. Michael’s Church, Killeen. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Very deeply regretted by his sorrowing brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and the extended family circle.

Sean McCooey, 63 Árd Easmuinn, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 9 April, 2017, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Mary and cherished father of Seamus, John, David, Cathal and Sinéad. Sean will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife, children, daughters-in-law Anne, Brenda, Cecilia and Denise, son-in-law Gary, grandchild­ren, great-grandchild­ren, brothers Jim and Enda, sister May, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at his home on Monday and Tuesday between 3 o’clock and 8 o’clock. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10.30 walking to the Church of The Holy Redeemer Dundalk, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock. Thereafter to St Patrick’s Cemetery for burial. Noel Nash, Carrickedm­ond, Kilcurry, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 9 April, 2017, peacefully in the Louth County Hospital. Noel, beloved husband of the late Rose (née Mallon) and dear father of Peter and grandfathe­r of Oisin and Tegan, father in law of Siobhan, and brother of Margaret, Hugh, Rose, Eileen, Micky, Sheila, Monica, Philomena, Joan and the late Kathleen, Alice, Peter, Eamon, Pat, John, Briege, and James. Deeply regretted by his son, grandchild­ren, daughter in law, brothers, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at his home. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.30am, to St Brigid’s Church, Kilcurry, arriving for Mass at 11 o’clock. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Catriona (Teana) Magee, Claddagh Park, Tom Bellew Avenue, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 7 April, 2017, peacefully in Mater Hospital. Teana, devoted mother of Pearce, and dear partner of the late Edmund Brosnan and sister of Eilish Longmore, Máire Dolan, Eithne Dolan, Brian Magee, and the late Ann Dwyer. Deeply regretted by her son, brother, sisters, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, niece, relatives and many, many friends. Reposing at her sister Eithne’s home Marlbog Road, Haggardsto­wn from 2pm until 8pm on Sunday. Removal on Monday morning at 10.30 to Church of The Holy Family arriving for Mass at 11.0’ Clock. Burial afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery.

Mark O’Hagan, Knocknagor­an, Omeath, whose death occurred on 7 April, 2017, peacefully at St. Joseph’s Nursing Home, Ardee. Very deeply regretted by his sister Rose Cromb (Belfast), nephews Martin and Roy, relatives and friends. Reposing at Dixon’s Funeral Home, Maxwell Row, Dundalk, on Monday from 3.30pm to 8.30pm. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.00am to St. Laurence’s Church, Omeath, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Peggy Crawley (née Quigley), Oliver Plunkett Park, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 6 April, 2017, peacefully in Daisy Hill Hospital, Newry. Peggy, beloved wife of the late Paddy and daughter of Thomas and Bridget (Seatown), and dear sister of Alice Conlon and Marcella Doherty, and the late Jim, Tommy, Paddy, Richie, Owen Joe and Patricia. Deeply regretted by her sisters, sister-in-law Peggy Quigley, nephews, nieces, grandnephe­ws, grandniece­s, great-grandnephe­ws, great-grandniece­s, relatives and friends. Reposing at her home from 3pm until 8pm on Friday. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.40am to St. Patrick’s Cathedral arriving for Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

Joanne Halpenny, 17 Church View, Dromiskin, Dundalk, and formerly Annagassan, whose death occurred on 4 April, 2017, suddenly at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin. Joanne, beloved mother of Aaron and Holly and loving daughter of Gerry and Rosemarie Halpenny (née Connolly). Sadly missed by her children, parents, brothers Barry and Alan, sisters Jackie, Kim and Linda, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. Reposing at her parents’ residence, 10 An Rian, Annagassan, on Friday from 12 noon until 9pm. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.30am to Saint Finnian’s Church, Dillionsto­wn, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Dromiskin Cemetery.
