Mary Mulholland (née Mullen), Thornfield, Inniskeen, whose death occurred peacefully, in her 98th year, at St. Oliver’s Hospital, Dundalk, on 11 June, 2017. Mary, much loved mother of Roisin, Eithne, Anjo, Tommy, Mary, Dermot, Mairead and Eilish. Sadly missed by grandchild­ren, relatives and friends. Reposing at her residence from 4pm on Monday until removal Wednesday morning to the Church of Mary Mother of Mercy, Inniskeen arriving for 11am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Inniskeen. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Saint Oliver’s Hospital, Dundalk. House private Wednesday morning, please.

Peadar Callan, Marian Park, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully on 11 June, 2017, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Peadar, beloved husband of Angela (née Mc Court) and loving dad of Peter, Aidan, Ellen, Lorraine and Samantha. Very deeply regretted by his wife, sons, daughters, brothers Philip, Brendan and Noel, sisters Maeve, Olive and Eithne, sons -n-law Peter and Gerry, daughter in-law Marie-Louise, grandchild­ren, great-grand-son, brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at his residence, Marian Park, from 11am to 9pm Monday and Tuesday. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10.30am, proceeding on foot to The Church of The Holy Redeemer, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery Dundalk. Peter Oliver Fearon, Corrakitt, Omeath, whose death occurred peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, on 10 June, 2017. Very deeply regretted by his beloved wife Maire, his loving daughters Margaret, Elizabeth, Pauline and Kathleen, sons Christy, Terence, Peter, Patrick and James. Also by his daughters-in-law Geraldine, Rosemary, Jennifer and Elaine, sons in law PJ, Michael and Gerald, grand-children, great grandchild­ren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at his residence from 7.30pm on Saturday evening. Removal on Monday morning at 10.15am to St. Laurence’s Church, Omeath, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

William Liam Carr, Fr. Murray Park, Dundalk, late of Macardle Moore Brewery, whose death occurred peacefully at the home of his daughter-in-law Elaine in Kildare on 7 June, 2017. Predecease­d by his wife Alice (nee Brennan) and son Cormac. Liam will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his grandsons Ben and Sean, daughter-in-law Elaine, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Dixons Funeral Home, Bridge Street, Dundalk, on Friday afternoon, between 3 o’clock and 8 o’clock. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.30 o’clock walking to St. Nicholas’ Church, Dundalk arriving for 11 o’clock Funeral Mass, thereafter driving to St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

Rita Conlon (née O’Hagan), Sandfield Gardens, Blackrock, whose death occurred on 7 June, 2017, peacefully in Glebe Nursing Home, Kilternan, Co. Dublin. Rita, much loved wife of the late Seán and dear mother of John and Mary. Deeply regretted by her son, daughter, grandchild­ren Ross, Stuart, John, Barry, Róisin and Ellen, step grandson Jack, son-in-law Paul Mc Donald, daughter-in-law Catherine, sister Celia Corr, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at her home from 2pm to 8pm on Saturday. Removal on Sunday afternoon at 1.40pm to St Oliver Plunkett Church, Blackrock, arriving for Mass at 2pm. Cremation on Monday at 12 noon in Glasnevin Crematoriu­m.

Mona McAdoo (née Hughes), Malahide, Co. Dublin, and formerly of Haggardsto­wn, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully on 6 June, 2017, after a short illness. Mona will be very sadly missed by her loving husband Bob, son Roy, daughter Kay, daughter-in-law Samantha, son-in-law Eoin, grandchild­ren Shane, Gavin, James, Olivia and Charlie, brother and sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours and many friends. Reposing on Friday afternoon in Stafford’s Funeral Home, Strand Road, Portmarnoc­k form 5pm until 7pm. Removal on Saturday morning to St. Sylvester’s Church, Malahide arriving for 10am Funeral Mass followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematoriu­m.

Robert Carroll, Clermont Manor, Blackrock, Dundalk, and formerly of Main Street, Castlebell­ingham, whose death occurred tragically on 6 June, 2017, following a road traffic accident. Robert, loving dad of Renée and Leon and beloved son of Jim and Carol-Ann. Very deeply regretted by his daughter, son, parents, brothers Thomas and Andrew, sisters Jacqueline and Talitha, brother in-law John, sister in-law Karen, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, Polly and Kathy, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at his residence, Clermont Manor, Blackrock from 11am to 9pm Wednesday and Thursday. Removal on Friday morning, driving to his parents’ residence on Main Street, Castlebell­ingham, arriving for 10.30am, then proceeding on foot to Saint Mary’s Church, Kilsaran, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

Margaret (Peg) McEvoy (née Nelson), Drumcondra, Dublin, and late of Lordship, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 2 June, 2017, peacefully, in the wonderful care of TLC, Northwood, Santry. Beloved wife of the late Brian. She will be sadly missed by her children Brian, Neil, Anne (Devitt) and Mary (Condren), daughters-in-law Joan and Tay, son-in-law Leonard, her ten grandchild­ren and twenty -our great-grandchild­ren, scattered throughout the world, her sister-in-law Aileen Nelson, her nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

James (Jimbo) McMahon, Coventry, England, and formerly of St. Nicholas Avenue, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully on 23 May, 2017, in Coventry. Predecease­d by his wife Mary (née Carroll), late of Wolfe Tone Terrace, Dundalk, and parents James and Margaret. Very deeply regretted by his sons Patrick and Séan, daughters Margaret, Maria, Veronica and Jennifer, sisters Madge Maguire and Moyi Casey, (Dundalk), sons- and daughters-in-law, grandchild­ren, great-grandchild­ren, the Carroll family (Dundalk), all his extended family and friends, both in England and in his home town of Dundalk. Funeral Mass and cremation will take place in Coventry on Monday, 12 June, 2017.
