The Annual Golf Classic was held in Dundalk Golf Club In Blackrock on Friday, June 2. Thank you for all participants, helpers and sponsors who made the day a great success. On Tuesday next June 20, St Brides play at home against Young Irelands at 8.00pm.
GRAVEYARD SURVEY
Irish Graveyard Surveyors have been commissioned by the parish finance committee to survey St. Mary’s Church Graveyard. The survey consists of mapping the graveyard giving each plot a number and indexing the names of all interred in the graveyard showing last name, first name, address, year of death, age of death and plot number. The details of each interment have been taken from the inscriptions on the headstones. The draft display is inside the church. Any queries that you may have please contact Irish graveyards at 087 2076248 from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday. Parishioners have one weeks left to make alterations after which the map of the graveyard will be displayed on entrance to the church grounds. You can also check details online www.irishgraveyards.ie

The best way to book Masses is to call to the sacristy before or after Mass any day (Monday evening; Wednesday and Friday mornings–except First Friday; Saturday evening, or Sunday morning), as the Mass book is usually kept there.

HURLING CLUB
In the Championship Group along with Knockbridge are Mattock Rangers, St Fechins, Naomh Moninne and Pearse Og. In the senior league on Thursday last it was a win by 1-12 to 0-12 over Pearse Óg and St Fechins are the opposition in the senior league at. Knockbridge this Thursday, June 15 at 8.00pm.
