May Fitzgerald (née Boyle), Ballyroe Cottage, Tralee,

Co. Kerry, and formerly Omeath, Co. Louth, whose death occurred peacefully at home on 1 July, 2017. Beloved wife of the late David and dear mother of Michael, Patrick, David, Sheelagh, Mary and Anne. Sadly missed by her loving family, her grandchild­ren, great-grandchild­ren, brothers Noel, Gerard and Stephen, sister Doris, sons-in-law, daughtersi­n-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Reposing at The Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee on Monday from 7 to 8 pm. Removal at 8 pm to St. Brendan’s Church, Ardfert. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11 am. Interment afterwards in Réalt na Mara Cemetery, Churchill.

Teresa McGee (née Coburn), Castlepark, Dundalk and formerly of Fatima Park, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully in St. Luke’s Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by her family, on 29 June, 2017. Terry, beloved mother of Karen, Darren and Debbie and the late Colin, Gerard, Patrick and Orla, and loving partner of Sean McGrane, devoted grandmothe­r of Carla, Kayleigh, Darren, Jake, Erin, Sarah, Ben, Robert, Paul, and Micéal and great-grandmothe­r of Cole, Christian, Amber, and Jace, dear sister of Rosemary Winkless, George, Jim, Micéal and Aileen. Deeply regretted by her son, daughters, partner, grandchild­ren, great-grandchild­ren, son-in-law Gavin Connor, daughter-in-law Sylvana, brothers, sisters, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing in 8 Fatima Park, from 2pm until 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Funeral prayers on Monday at 11am in Fatima Park followed by Cremation at 1.30pm in Glasnevin Crematoriu­m.

Margaret (Peggy) Coburn (née Maguire), Ladywell Square, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully on 29 June, 2017, in the loving care of Moorehall Lodge Nursing Home, Drogheda. Predecease­d by her son Shawn, parents John and Nora, sister Bernadette and brothers Thomas and Mickey. Very deeply regretted by her brother Paddy, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and friends. Reposing in Shevlin’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street from 3pm to 7pm on Friday. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.45am driving to Saint Patrick’s Cathedral arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery.

Breda Malone, 53 Sliabh Breagh, Ardee, and Glenmore, Riverstown, Dundalk, (retired nurse at Our Lady’s Orthopedic Unit, Navan), whose death occurred peacefully on 26 June, 2017, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Sadly missed by her loving sister, Marie, her brother Fintan, her sister-inlaw Anne, her niece, Laura, relatives and friends. Reposing at 53 Sliabh Breagh from 7pm Tuesday evening. Removal Thursday morning at 10.15am arriving for 11am Mass at The Church of The Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee. Burial afterwards in Ballapoust­a Cemetery.

Maureen O’Neill (née McNamee), Glenmore, Riverstown, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully on 27 June, 2017, in the tender and dedicated care of the staff of St. Joseph’s Nursing Home, Warrenpoin­t. Beloved wife of the late Owen and dear mother of Charlie, Ann, Gerry and Peter. She will be sadly missed by her sorrowing sons, daughter, son-in-law John, daughters-in-law Peggy, Deirdre and Patricia, grandchild­ren, great-grandchild­ren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at home from 7pm on Wednesday. Removal on Friday at 10.15am, to St. Anne’s Church, Mullaghbuo­y, arriving for Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Lordship Cemetery.

Dr. Peter Connolly, Seaford Gardens, Blackrock, (retired CEO, Louth VEC), whose death occurred peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, on 26tJune 2017.

Peter, beloved husband of Peggy (née Bourton) and dear father of Garfield, Joanne, John, Roseanne and David, and big brother to Harry, Bernadine and the late Dr. Noel Connolly. Enchanted by his grandchild­ren Poppy, James, Feilim, Rory, Sophie, Seth and Reuben. Forever loved by his wife, sons, daughters, sister and brother, grandchild­ren, son-in-law Rob, and daughters-in-law Shane and Ellie and David’s partner Emer, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at his home from 11am on Wednesday, with removal at 6.30pm to St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Blackrock, arriving for evening prayers at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11am, followed by private Cremation.
