Jarlath Keelan (21), 12 An Cearnog, Dundalk, has been fined €350 for unlawful possession of €10 worth of drugs at Long Walk Shopping Centre on 15 March, 2016.

Solicitor Niall Breen said the case was in for €200 compensation to be paid, after the defendant pleaded guilty, but he was not in court.
