Noel Loughran, Harlow, Essex, UK, and formerly Mullaghban­e, Carlingfor­d, whose sudden death occurred on 5 October, 2017. Beloved husband of Beverly, adored dad of Philomena and Jamie, much loved grandad of Owen and Mia, son of the late John and Sarah and dear brother of Lil, Joe, Rita and the late Thomas, Peter, Brendan, May and Johnny, who died 10 July. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing wife, daughter, son, grandchild­ren, brother, sisters, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Funeral arrangemen­ts later.

Sean McGee, Donaghmore, Kilkerley, whose tragic death occurred on 7 October, 2017. Sean, beloved husband of the late Josephine (née McGinn) and dear father of Aidan, Martha, and Celine and loving grandad of Kate, Eve and Eli. Deeply regretted by his son, daughters, grandchild­ren, son-in-law Paudi Mc Eneaney, sister Mary Sands, nephews Ciaran and Finbarr, nieces Ailish, Clodagh and Catherine, relatives and friends. Reposing at his daughter Celine McEneaney’s home Donaghmore, Kilkerley from 11am on Tuesday morning. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10.30am to Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kilkerley, arriving for Mass at 11 o’clock. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Sheila Pratt (née Richardson), Botanic Avenue, Glasnevin and Ravensdale, Dundalk, whose death occurred, in her 100th year, on 7 October, 2017, peacefully in the loving care of the staff in Dealgan Nursing Home. Sadly missed by her sisters in law Marie and Pat, friend Pat, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing in Dealgan Nursing Home from 6pm to 7pm on Sunday. Funeral Mass at 11am on Monday morning in nursing home, followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery, Ravensdale.

Anne Duff, Glasnevin, Dublin, and formerly of Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully at The Mater Hospital, on 3 October, 2107. Anne, beloved wife of Donald (Donie) and dear mother of Adrienne and Donal. Sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughter, sister Attracta, grandchild­ren Hannah, Matthew, Olivia and Cameron, son-in-law Robert, daughter-in-law Louise, sisters-in-law Claire, Maura, Enda and Cassie, brother-in-law Eddie, extended family, relatives and friends. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Church Street, Finglas, from 2 o’c on Thursday afternoon. Requiem Mass on Friday morning at 10 o’c in the Church of Our Mother of Divine Grace, Ballygall Road East. Funeral thereafter to Glasnevin Crematoriu­m.

Michael Hodgers, Cloonanna, Knockbridg­e, and formerly Castle Heights and Oliver Plunkett Park, Dundalk, whose death occurred peacefully, on 3 October, 2017, in the tender and dedicated care of the staff of Blackrock Abbey Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Anne (nee Coburn) and dear father of Martina, Gerry, Bernadette, Marie, Annette, Catriona, Conchita and Margaret. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing daughters, son, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchild­ren, great-grandchild­ren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at the residence of his daughter, Conchita Murphy, 16 Cloonanna, from 7pm-9pm on Wednesday and from 12 noon to 9pm on Thursday. Removal on Friday at 11am, to St. Nicholas’ Church, Bridge Street, arriving for Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. Patrick’s Cemetery.

Alice Martin, Ballykelly, Louth Village, whose death occurred peacefully in the wonderful care of Castleross Nursing Home, on 4 October, 2017. Alice, beloved sister of Nancy, Tom, Owen Joe, Gerry, Paddy, Anthony and the late Jim. Deeply regretted by her brothers, sister, sisters-in-law Peggy, Anna, Mary, Deloras, Maura, and Kitty, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at her home from 11am on Thursday. Removal on Friday morning at 10.30am to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Louth, arriving for Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
