Creative Spark resident artists’ show

AN exhibition featuring the work of artists who took part in the Creative Spark Residency Programme Exhibition 2017 (funded by Create Louth) with a supporting exhibition of work by Creative Spark Print Studio members, opens in the Basement Gallery at An Tain Arts Centre on Friday night.

The artists involved in the 2016 - 2017 Pro- gramme at Creative Spark were Michael Stafford (Dundalk); Thomas Brezing (Dublin); Olga Danilova (Russia); Chiara Leto & Giulia Vetri (Italy) and Hazel Egan (Dublin)

The exhibition brings together the new works completed during the residency programme in printmaking, mixed media and painting, and as work by members of the print studio. 5

Local musician Tadgh Mulligan is in the line up for the Comhaltas Tour of Ireland with the country’s top trad players, which comes to the Oriel Centre, Dundalk Old Gaol on Thursday night
