LUCY CLYNE (NÉE MCNULTY), BLACKGATE, RAVENSDALE, DUNDALK, whose death occurred on 15 October, 2017, peacefully, in the tender and dedicated care of the staff of St. Francis’ Nursing Home, Mount Oliver. Beloved wife of the late Patrick and dear mother of Carmel. She will be sadly missed by her sorrowing daughter, grandchild­ren Luke and Daniel, brother Fr. Tommy, sister Mary (Morgan), sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.

Predecease­d by her son-in-law Patrick Beauquis. Reposing at the residence of her daughter, 27 St. Bridget’s Terrace, Dundalk, from 11am on Tuesday. Removal on Wednesday at 10am, via Blackgate, to St. Mary’s Church, Ravensdale, arriving for Mass at 11am.

Burial afterwards in Calvary Cemetery. Family flowers only. House private on Wednesday, please.

BRIEGE QUIGLEY (NÉE CROSSAN), SAINT NICHOLAS’ AVENUE, DUNDALK, whose death occurred on 14 October, 2017, peacefully in Our Lady Of Lourdes Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Predecease­d by her parents Paddy and Kitty and sisters Kathleen Mackin and Elizabeth Boland.

Very deeply regretted by her loving daughters Clare and Niamh and their father Noel, brothers Pat and Joseph, sons In-law Jaime and Stephen, sister In-law Margaret, brother In-law Pat, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and friends. Reposing at her residence Sunday and Monday from 12 noon until 8pm. #Removal Tuesday morning at 10.30am walking to Saint Nicholas’ Church arriving for funeral Mass at 11am. Funeral cortege will then proceed on foot to Patrick’s Cemetery for burial.

COLEEN CALLAGHAN, MULLAVALLE­Y COURT, LOUTH VILLAGE, whose death occurred on 12 October, 2017, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, in her 25th year, after a long illness bravely borne.

She will be sadly missed by her heartbroke­n parents Donal and Maeve, her sister Kerrie, grandparen­ts, Rosaleen Callaghan, Gerry and Rose Ryan, uncles Rory, Vincent, Declan, Liam, Conor, and Paudi, aunts Annmarie, Róisin and Clare, her loyal dog Ulan, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her home from 2pm until 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Removal on Monday at 12.30pm to Glasnevin Crematoriu­m arriving for Funeral Service at 2pm.

ANGELA MCENTEGART (NÉE MC GUINNESS), CARRICKLEA­GH, KNOCKBRIDG­E, whose death occurred peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, on 12 October, 2017. Angela, beloved wife of the late Brian and dear mother of David and John and granny of Ciara, Fiona, Brian, Leah and Daryl.

Deeply regretted by her sons, grandchild­ren, daughter-in-law Olive, sister Rosaleen, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at her son John’s home, Crossabeig­h, Knockbridg­e, from 6pm on Friday.

Removal on Saturday afternoon to St. Mary’s Church, Knockbridg­e arriving for Mass at 2pm. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

NANCY MCCARTNEY (NÉE WALLACE), SEA ROAD, CASTLEBELL­INGHAM, whose death occurred peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in her 99th year, on 11 October, 2017.

Nancy, beloved wife of the late John and dear mother of Ann Gilfedder and dear grandmothe­r Doreen, John, Gerald, and Peter. Deeply regretted by her daughter, grandchild­ren, son in law Gerry, great friends of Florrie and Mary, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at her home from 12pm until 8pm on Thursday.

Removal on Friday morning at 11.45am to St Mary’s Church Kilsaran, arriving for Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in adjoining Cemetery.

MARY SOROHAN (NÉE CARRON), DRUMCONDRA, DUBLIN, and formerly of Greenore, Co. Louth, whose death occurred suddenly at her home, on 8 October, 2017. Beloved wife of Peter; pre-deceased by her brother Paddy and sister Tess.

Very sadly missed by her loving family, her son and daughters Michael, Rosemarie, Karen and Lizanne, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grand-children, her cousin Patricia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at her daughter Lizanne’s residence on Wednesday, 11 October from 4pm.

Removal on Thursday morning to St. Columba’s Church, Iona Rd, arriving for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetery.

JIM DALY, ARD NA MARA, BLACKROCK, (former bank manager, A.I.B., Dundalk) whose death occurred on 8 October, 2017, peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, surrounded by his family. Jim much loved husband of Rosemary (née Kane) and loving father of Jim, Paul, Sarah, Ruth and Jane, devoted Grampa of Robert, Sophie, Andrew, Ben, Aoife and Thomas.

He will be sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughters, grandchild­ren, sons-in-law Francis Verling, Stephen Lynch, and Ian Russell, daughter-in-law Eilís Kennedy, brothers John, Billy, sisters Annette, Sr. Kathleen and nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Carmel beloved wife of the late Gerard A.R.I.B.A., A.R.I.C.S., loving mother of Maggie, Marie Therese, Cora, Paula, Richard and Des.
