Special celebrations as Colin marks his 21st

CLANS CLUBROOMS THE VENUE FOR A GREAT NIGHT

-

MY final port of call on Saturday night was to the Clans clubrooms where a special 21st birthday party was being held for Colin Doyle from Oakland Park and there to make sure he had a fantastic night was his mum Catriona, sister Deborah and nanny Mary Doyle from Cedarwood Park and a huge collection of family and friends.

I wasn’t too long in the door when I met up with Colin who was having a laugh with some of his mates Aaron Dillon from Cedarwood Park, Adam Clarke from Ashling Park, Larry Murphy from Ashling Park, Jamie Martin from Toberona, Sean Nulty from Ardee and Ethan Lee from Castle Heights who told me they were going to make sure that Colin had nothing short of an epic night.

Heading for a table I met up with Shane Myles from Oakland Park with Samantha Harper from Cedarwood Park and Shane told me he has been a fiend of Colin’s since they were kids.

They were having a laugh with Craig Ludlow from Ashling Park, James Parkin from Headford, Ciara Boyle from

Barton Park, Chris Clarke from Woodview Park and Anthony Hayden from Barton Park who told me the crack was only getting going and it was going to be a mad night for sure.

At an adjacent table I met up with David and Paul Morton, Decky and Kevin Tuite, Emma Matthews all from Oakland

Park and Gavin McAleer from O’Hanlon Park who were having a great laugh together and wanted to wish Colin all the best on his big night.

I then headed for a table where I got talking to Colin’s mum Catriona who was there with sister Anne Watters from Muirhevna, aunt Mary and Fintan Watters from Cluan Enda, uncles Brendan, Aidan and Brian Watters all from Castletown Road Gerry Watters from Muirhevna, cousins Megan Watters from Cluan Enda and Rachel and Barry Sheehy from Blackrock who were in great form and having a totally mad one.

Not too far away I then got talking to a bunch of ladies who included Bernie Wesley from Oakland Park who was with husband Bob, Rosemary Rogers from Oakland Park, Tina Gribben and Sharon Donnelly both from Laurel Brook Gardens Frances Donnelly from Ashling Park, Colin’s sister Deborah waters from Oakland Park and Deborah Caldwell from St. Ronans Terrace who were having a fantastic night together and wanted to wish Colin all the best on his big night.
