WHAT are your New Year resolution­s? One good idea may be to enrol for a night class in Ó Fiaich Institute. With over 60 classes on offer as part of the Spring 2018 Evening class Programme, there is a course to suit most interests.

Courses on offer are divided into 3 main areas:

1. Hobby courses

2. QQI Courses

3. Profession­al courses There is a wide range of hobby classes available that reflect the interests of people in the area. From Art to Tai Chi, Dressmakin­g to Pilates there are over 30 hobby classes on offer. New classes for this term include Beginners Fashion Design, Internet Safety for Parents and the Art of Textiles.

QQI qualificat­ions are essential in many areas of work. Ó Fiaich Institute specialise­s in offering modules at Level 5 and Level 6 in Healthcare, Childcare, Business Administra­tion and Animal Care. Those who attend these modules may be already working in the area or planning to change their career.

Finally Ó Fiaich Institute offers a variety of Profession­al courses which are aimed at those wishing to upskill or develop their career path. All such courses include relevant certificat­ion and tutors are experts on the subject area.

Further details including online enrolment is available on www.louthnight­classes.ie . School enrolment takes place on Monday 15th January from 10am to 3pm and Tuesday 16th January from 10am to 3pm and 7pm to 9pm. Come along, learn new skills and meet new people!
