Confirmati­on takes place on April 27 at 11.00am. The best way to book Masses is to call to the sacristy before or after Mass any day (Monday evening; Wednesday and Friday mornings–except First Friday; Saturday evening, or Sunday morning), as the Mass book is usually kept there. Please pray for Breda O’Hanrahan, Dundalk, Sean Keane, Little Ash, Betty Bailey, (nee McNamee) Dundalk, Freda Power, Mullaghbaw­n , nee Wallace, Grange, Anthony Kerr, Ardee, Mary Hamill, Newtown, Peter Farrell, Stephensto­wn, Sheila Farrelly, late of Grange, Fintan Lennon, Turriff, Scotland, formerly of Thomastown, Baptisms will take place every fourth Sunday of the month at 11.30am mass and a baptism course will be held each month with course dates posted in the Church Porch. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament takes place on Mondays from 10.00am to 10.00pm in the Church followed by Benedictio­n at 10.00p.m. Confession­s are available on Mondays before 7.30 Mass and from 9.30pm10.00pm, at the end of Eucharist Adoration, and at any time by request.

Station masses are more common in the West of Ireland where families host a mass in their home and invite neighbours and friends. If you would like to host a mass during Lent and Easter please contact Fr Gerry or Fr Paddy asap. On Sunday next February 11, a preSt. Valentines blessing is available as part of preparatio­ns for World Meeting of Families. Married couples are invited to renew their vows at 11.30am mass and Blessing of rings will also take place. Mass on Ash Wednesday, February 14, is at 7.45a.m. House Blessings Another initiative for World Meeting of Families is House Blessings, so if you would like your house blessed during Lent Gerry and Fr.
