Cookery demo to raise funds for wheelchair accessible bus

A Cookery Demonstrat­ion with RTE Celebrity Chef Paul Flynn who is famous for cooking modern Irish Food, along with Chefs Shane McGrath and Paula Hannigan from the renowned Cliff House Hotel, Waterford, is taking place on Thursday March 22 in the Four Seasons Hotel Carlingfor­d at 8pm.

It will be a night of guaranteed entertainm­ent offering very tasty, fun and easy recipes to recreate for all family occasions.

The demonstrat­ion is being organised along with a number of other events which will take place over the next few months planned Michael-Owen McGrath from Whitestown, Greenore, Co. Louth. His aim is to raise funds to buy a new wheelchair accessible bus for the Dundalk and North Louth Branch of the Irish Wheelchair Associatio­n.

They are a completely non-government funded charity and rely solely on fundraisin­g and volunteers to provide services to those who need them in our area such as rehabilita­tion, transporta­tion and weekend breaks.
