To tackle low libido, look at the reasons

-

I MEET many women who have low libido, sex drive, or they have no sex drive at all. Some women aren’t concerned, they really couldn’t care less, but lots of you miss the natural urge. So, if it’s having an impact on your life, or if it’s worrying you, then it’s time to do something. You’re not alone, it seems that one third of women aged 18 to 59 suffer from a loss of interest in sex. So we can’t blame it all on declining hormones!

But, what to do about it, how do you go about fixing this one? First you must look at the reasons why you have no interest in sex. And there are many reasons. You have to realise that most of you are busy juggling with work life balance and are exhausted, physically and mentally come bed time! And sex is the last thing you have on your mind. Body image, change in shape and weight gain can affect your self-esteem and how you feel about yourself – this can have a lot to do with it. Other reasons include declining hormones during the menopause, and irritating vaginal dryness.

Medical problems can all be contributing factors, including thyroid problems, endometriosis, fibroids, and depression. Some medications can affect libido.

NHP Libido Support is a supplement formulated by Dr Marilyn Glenville, an expert in women’s health, to target the causes of low libido – hormone balance, lack of energy, and stress. And also help revive an interest in sex and to improve sexual performance.

It contains Damiana for mental and physical stamina, and for low mood. And Maca, which contains vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients to boost libido and increase endurance. Rhodiola is included to support mood, reduce stress, improve libido, and to improve energy levels. It’s a great combination to target all these areas to help you have a healthy and happy sex life.

But you need to think about it. What’s going on? Everyone is different. A good night’s sleep is crucial. Exercise, time for you, and diet are also important. Maybe you need to spice it up a bit? Dress up, have a date night, do something different and see what happens.

The main thing is to do something about it if it’s bothering you.
