Vertigo to play at Rum House cocktail bar launch

LOCAL band Vertigo are playing the Rum House on Friday April 13th for the launch the popular Park Street venue’s brand new Havana Club Tiki House bar. The new Tiki Bar is located in the outdoor terrace and will specialise in tropical themed cocktails served in Tiki mugs.

The Havana Club Tiki House Bar will bring a tropical vibe to the outdoor terrace located right beside the iconic Rum House waterfall. Cocktails such as Pina Coladas, Margaritas, Mojitos and the cocktail of the month, The Rum House Sour, which is only €9.50, are all available here.

Manager of the Rum House, Gerry Morgan said ‘ The Havana Club Tiki House Bar creates a whole new atmosphere in the outdoor area. It’s the only Tiki bar in Dundalk, so it will definitely create a lot of buzz. I think it’s a great time to launch the bar with summer just around the corner.”

Vertigo are an experience­d four-piece covers band that performs songs from the 60’s through to present day. They will be on stage from 10pm ‘ til close, playing all the classic hits, modern tunes and everything in between.

Entry for the night is free and it is strictly 21s.
