IN-FORM St Kevins produced a dominant display in Ballybaili­e as they eased to victory over John Mitchels on Sunday afternoon.

Goals from Cian Callan, Shane Meade and Liam Boylan put the seal on the victory as they Philipstow­n men continued their impressive start to the new season, which sees tehm sit joint top of the table with neighbours Lannleire after two games.

Callan has been central to the Kevins success thus far and he was once again at the centre of things as his first half goal helped his side lead by 1-6 to no score at half time.

The Mitchels played with the wind in second half and enjoyed a greater share of possession with Kevin Gallagher (3) and Aaron Keely finding the target.

However, the Kevin’s remained in total control and goals from Meade and Boylan wrapped up the comfortabl­e win.
