Castlebellingham First Responders holding a table quiz in Byrne’s pub

Castlebellingham and Dromiskin First Responders Group are holding a table quiz this Friday night in Byrne’s Pub, Castlebellingham at 8.30pm.

The group is in existence for just over a year and currently has 16 members who provide on call cover for the local area, throughout the day and evening seven days a week.

The fundraising quiz is being organised to help defray the ongoing costs of medical supplies, in addition to much more expensive items such as their vital defibrillator, new pads for the defibrillator, a new defibrillator battery and required insurance cover.

The Group hold regular training and information nights every six weeks to maintain their skills.

Members of the HSE team who support the Frist Responders Group are expected to attend. A table of four is €40.

Evening of Music

AN “Evening of Music” takes place in the Market House Dunleer Friday 20th July 2018, featuring Noel Cunningham, star of TV and Radio - A real showman renowned for fun, laughter and craic.

Stephen Callan, the local star making a great name for himself on the music scene while Gary Gamble is a bright star on the music and comedy scene. He is a great entertainer who is filling cabaret venues and also performs on cruise ships.

Paschal Brennan will be presenting his tribute to Joe Dolan.
