HARASSMENT ACCUSED

‘Unrequested letters of an unrequited nature,’ is how a solicitor has described the behaviour of his client who appeared before the court on a harassment charge.

Claire Nordon (46), 38 Ard na Mul, Lis Na Dara, Carrick Road, pleaded guilty to harassing a male on dates between 5 March and 10 April, 2018.

Judge Coughlan accepted jurisdiction in the case after reading a report handed to him by gardaí and adjourned the matter to 25 July.

Solicitor Frank McDonnell said the defence will get its own medical report for that date.
