NOFULL DISCLOSURE

Andrew McGreehan (31), Castletowncooley, Riverstown, who was accused of drink driving at Racecourse Road, Dundalk, on 11 March last has had the charge dismissed.

His counsel argued full disclosure was not made to the defence as there was no statement from one of the garda witnesses.

Judge Coughlan dismissed the charge. Legal aid was granted.
