ADJOURNEDFOR JURISDICTION

A man accused of making a false declaration for the purpose of obtaining Irish citizenship has had his case adjourned to 20 February, 2019, for jurisdiction.

Hasan Macow (38), 35 Carroll Village, Dundalk, is charged with that alleged offence on 12 December, 2016.

The defendant was given a Somali interpreter for the next day.
