Eileen Guy (née Reidy), Corrakitt, Omeath, and formerly, Lixnaw, Co. Kerry and Cobh, Co. Cork, whose death occurred at her residence on 21 October, 2018. Very deeply regretted by her beloved husband Patsy, daughters Margaret and Christine and son John. Also by her son-in-law Gerard, granddaugh­ter Caitlinn, sister Noreen, brother Seán, sister-in-law Kathleen, brothersin-law Michael and John, and all her nephews, nieces relatives and friends. No funeral arrangemen­ts at time of going to press.

Marian Kerr (née Connolly), Sandfield Gardens, Blackrock, and formerly of Mullacrew, Louth Village, whose death occurred on 20 October, 2018. She died peacefully after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family. Marian, beloved wife of Tom and dear mother of Dolores O’Mahoney and son Noel, loving grandmothe­r of Garrett, Sarah, Niamh, Jackie, Katherine, Hannah and the late Sharon, great-grandmothe­r of Robyn. Deeply regretted by her husband, son, daughter, grandchild­ren, great-grandchild, son-in-law John, daughter-in-law Ann, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at her home from 1pm to 7pm on Sunday. Removal on Monday morning at 10.15am to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Louth Village. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Tommy Kierans, Rosses Hollow, Castlebell­ingham, whose death occurred, in his 84th year, on 19 October, 2018, peacefully at Saint Peter’s Nursing Home, Castlebell­ingham. Tommy, beloved husband of Molly (née Duffy) and loving father of Ciara, Cahail, Niamh and Fergal. Sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughters, grandchild­ren, brothers Hugh, Patsy and Jimmy, the McGrory family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sistersin-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at his residence from 12 noon until 7pm on Sunday. Removal on Monday morning to Saint Mary’s Church, Kilsaran, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

William ( Willie) Quigley, Upper Faughart, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 19 October, 2018, peacefully at the Louth County Hospital. Predecease­d by his brother Pascal. Very deeply regretted by his loving family, wife Briege, son Liam, daughters Mary and Ann, daughter-in-law Annette, sons-in-law Liam and Vinne, grandchild­ren Rachel, Jennifer, Elish, Laura, Sinéad and Fintan and great-granddaugh­ter Mia, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at his residence eircode from 7pm until 10pm on Friday and from 12 noon until 10pm Saturday. Funeral Mass Sunday afternoon at 1pm in Saint Brigid’s Church, Kilcurry. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Maura Tuite (née Mc Cann), Deerpark, Ravensdale, Dundalk, and formerly of Scotstown, Co. Monaghan, whose death occurred peacefully in The Mater Private Hospital, on 18 October, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Predecease­d by her parents Bernard and Margaret and her sister Kitty Callaghan. Maura, beloved wife of Vincent, cherished mother of Anne, Margo, Joan, Ciarán and Tara and loving grandmothe­r of Valentina, Laura, Teresa, Christophe­r, Ruth, Claire, Luke, Oisín and Bito, great-grandchild­ren James, Aleigha, Leon and Jake. Deeply regretted by her husband, daughters, son, grandchild­ren, great-grandchild­ren, daughter-inlaw Tien, sons-in-law Jimmy, Gerard, Seamus and Barry, brother Frank McCann, sister Sally Tomany, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Sr. Christina Cottuli F.M.S.A, Mount Oliver Convent, Ballymasca­nlon, Dundalk, and late of Dublin, whose death occurred on 16 October, 2018, peacefully in the loving care of the staff in St. Francis’ Nursing Home and surrounded by her Franciscan Sisters. Predecease­d by her sister Bernadette, brothers Vincent and Theo. Sr. Christina Cottuli, Franciscan Missionary Sisters for Africa will be sadly missed by her sister Josephine, brother Paddy and his wife Betty, nieces, nephews, Franciscan Sisters, relatives and a wide circle of friends. Reposing in Mount Oliver Convent Chapel from 6 o’clock Wednesday evening. Funeral Mass on Thursday morning in the Convent Chapel at 11.00am, followed by burial in the community cemetery.

Ann Ward (née O’Hanlon), Seafield Lawns and formerly Pearse Park, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 15 October, 2018, peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Predecease­d by her son Mark, parents John and Margaret, brothers Bob and Dalton. Very deeply regretted by her loving family husband Tony, son Paul, grandsons Dylan and Josh, brother Jack, sister Mary Shields, brother and sister-in-law Gerry and Angela, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Shevlin’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street from 11am until 8pm on Wednesday. Removal Thursday morning at 10.30 am to The Church of The Holy Family, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Saint Patrick’s Cemetery.

Jennifer Grant, Belmayne, Dublin, and late of and late of Barronstow­n, Hackballsc­ross, Dundalk, whose death occurred, suddenly at home, on 12 October, 2018. Jenny will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her children Erinn and Taigh, their father Johnny, brothers Declan, Paul and David, sister Karen, sister-in-law Tracy, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at the residence of her cousin Benny Grant, Knockagh, Hackballsc­ross, Dundalk on Tuesday evening between 6pm and 9pm. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10.30am driving to The Sacred Heart Church, Shelagh, Dundalk arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Thereafter to Dardistown Crematoriu­m, Old Airport Road, Dublin arriving for Cremation Service at 2.30pm.

MONTH’S MIND MASS

The Month’s Mind Mass for Ingrida Maciokaite, Dundalk, will take place in St Nicholas Church at 12 noon on Sunday next, 28 October, 2018.
