KNOCKBRIDGE

OUR Senior hurlers bowed out of the Leinster club championship after losing to a very impressive Dunnamaggin side from Kilkenny. We got off to the worst possible start conceding an early goal. The accuracy of our opposition was excellent firing over 15 points by half time. In the second half the lads got up to the tempo of the game scoring some fine points. However if was too little too late as we lost out on a final scoreine of 2-21 to 0-7. The club wish Liam Molloy a speedy recovery from a leg injury received in the course of the game.

This weekend we play Naomh Moninne in the final of the Junior league. Hopefully the team can finish the season with a win to go along with the double of Senior championship and league.
