30 new Sales Sense jobs firm wins call centre contract with Pinergy
Sales and customer service specialists SalesSense International which operates its Customer Engagement Centre from the Finnabair Business Park in Dundalk, has announced that it has been awarded a sales and customer support contract with Pinergy, the smart energy provider.
The partnership will create 30 new jobs locally before the end of January 2019, covering sales and customer service roles at the Dundalk based Customer Engagement Centre with further roles expected. The SalesSense Customer Engagement Centre currently employs over 60 people having opened its facility in Dundalk in 2015.
Pinergy has ambitious plans to grow its customer network over the coming years as increasing numbers deploy smart energy management systems in the home and in the workplace. Pinergy has selected SalesSense International as its call centre partner to provide a dedicated and integrated resource for both sales and customer service activity. All the services provided by SalesSense are enabled by the company’s customer engagement technology and advanced automation platform and will support voice, email, customer engagement and social media customer contact. Pinergy currently has over 35,000 customers.
