Dundalk Chamber to host major tourism conference in Spring

Dundalk Chamber of Commerce is set to host a cross border tourism conference, which will take place in Carlingford this April.

The event has been confirmed for April 10th, and will be held from 8.30am to 2pm in the Four Seasons Hotel.

Organised by Dundalk Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by the Louth Leader Partnership, Local Enterprise Office Louth, Louth County Council and The Marshes Shopping Centre, the conference will bring experts together from various tourism projects around Ireland and the UK so that participants can replicate their successes in their own business.

There will be practical tips on how to improve tourism business in order to increase sales and boost attendance figures..

There will also be a Tourism Advisory Clinic with exhibits from Local Enterprise Office Louth, Fáilte Ireland, Southern Regional College, Louth Leader Partnership, and Louth County Council Planning Office.

Admission to the conference is only €20 plus vat for Chamber members and €30 plus vat for non-members and this includes lunch and refreshments. Anyone who would like to exhibit a product or service stand, this will cost €50 plus vat each andwill include one free place at the event.
