Council seeks manager for Creative Ireland in Louth
LOUTH County Council have advertised for a project manager for Creative Ireland’s 2019 programme in Louth.
They are looking for a suitably qualified person or organisation to provide project management and administration and to manage key events such as Criunniu na nOg, the annual festival celebrating creativity in young people, including advertising, marketing and promotion.
They will also be expected to liaise with community groups and professionals involved in Ireland’s creative arts.
It is expected that they have had a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a cultural administration/co-ordinator role; experience in finance or bookkeeping, and familiarity with relevant accounting software; ability to manage varied tasks simultaneously, working effectively as a team member and on own initiative; excellent and proven organisational skills and high attention to detail in managing a diverse and demanding workload, coordinating and carrying out multi-faceted activities; excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional telephone manner.
