Special night for Ross’ big 30th birthday bash
BYRNE’S No.10 was the venue for a special 30th birthday party being held for Ross Twomey from Priorland Road and there to make sure he had an excellent time were parents James and Miriam, brothers Daniel and Conor, granny Carmel O’Hare from Dublin Road and girlfriend Celina Rosa from Brazil and a big collection of family and friends.
I was only in the door when I met up with Ross’ dad James who was in great form and was having a laugh with one of Ross’ mates Dara Curran from Priorland Grove who assured me it was going to be a good night alright.
Heading for an adjacent table I then met up with Ross’ brothers Daniel and Conor and his wife Rebecca all from Priorland Road who were definitely up for making it a major night of celebrations with everyone there.
Next I had the pleasure of meeting Ross’ mum Miriam who was looking extremely well and was delighted with night and wanted to wish all the best to her birthday boy.
After this I then got a word with neighbours Deirdre and Dermot McKeever Kitty and Pat McCann all from Priorland Road who were sitting having a laugh with granny Carmel O’Hare from Dublin Road and uncle Seamus O’Hare from Dun Laoghaire who told me the night was just getting going and they were expecting a fantastic night.
I then ventured over for a couple of words with Sinead Shields from Carrick Road and
Adrienne Lennon from Dromiskin who were looking very well and were ready to party with husbands Ben and Seamus and told me they have been family friends for over 30 years with all their kids playing together, so it was going to be a good night for certain.
Not too long later I met up with aunty Regina O’Hare from Castle Road who wanted to wish a very happy birthday to her baby nephew!
After this I met up with Alan and Angela McComish from Old Muirhevna who were just in the door and wanted to wish Ross a very happy 30th and were definitely up for making the best of the night.
Not too far away I got talking to Charlie and Adrienne McCann from Priorland Villas who have been family friends for 40 years and were going to make sure that Ross had a mad one.
I then caught up with Morgana Mattos from Brazil who was with Ross’ girlfriend Celina and was up for making the best of the night.
Making my way through the crowds I got a quick word with Anthony and Jacqui Lynch from Willow Grove who are also family friends and wanted to wish Ross all the best on his 30th.
Finally, before I departed, I met up with Mark Stewart from Kingswood and Raphaella McCormick from Rock Road who have been friends with Ross since his school days and certainly weren’t going to miss this major night of fun.
