RECENT DEATHS
Condolences to Maureen McGeough, Cortial and family on the death of her husband Jimmy, and also the wider family circle and relatives. Jimmy was laid to rest in Kilkerley Cemetery on Monday of this week.
REMEMBRANCE MASS
This mass to remember all who died since November 2019 will be via webcam : in Kilkerley on Wednesday, November 11, at 7.30pm. An invitation will go to the next of kin this week inviting their family & extended family to this Live Streamed Mass. PARISH NEWS
Due to the introduction of Level 5, restrictions, the November First Thursday/Friday calls are cancelled. However, we hope to resume sick calls again in the first week of December.
Physical Masses are suspended again due to Covid Level 3 lock down but continue on Webcam by log in to churchmedia.tv and scroll till the church appears and click. Funerals and weddings are restricted to 25 persons only. Baptisms are suspended. Envelope donations can left in basket in church porch on Saturdays from 5.15pm to 6.00pm before webcam mass and on Tuesdays/ Thursdays 10.00am – 11.00am after webcam mass. While wearing of face coverings is not
mandatory, diocesan authorities encourage all visiting the church for prayer to wear face coverings for their own and others personal safety. If you visit the church, before leaving, please use the disinfectant wipes provided to sanitise the area you used. Anyone wishing to make their parish contributions on – line, please visit www.armagharchdiocese. org and locate ‘Donate to our parish’ button. Remember in your prayers Jimmy McGeough, Cortial, Barry Griffin, Castletown, Mona Lynch, Milltown, Gerry Carragher, Annyalla, Anthony Martin, Shanmullagh, Eileen Gillespie, Ardee, who died recently. EMMETS GFC
All GAA club activity has been suspended by the GAA due to COVID escalating and the subsequent imposition of a 6 week Level 5, Lock Down. Members of the men and ladies adult teams remain available to assist anyone in our Community, Member or Non-Member, who needs
help with collecting groceries, prescriptions, etc. All requests will be treated in confidence. The club extends condolences to the extended McGeough families on the death of Jimmy McGeough from Cortial.

ALONE
The Alone organisation has launched a national support line for older people who have concerns or face difficulties relating to Coronavirus. Professional Staff are available to answer queries, give advice or reassurance if necessary. This support line is open 7 days a week from 8.00am to 8.00pm and the number to call is 0818222024.
MASS OF THE ANGELS
This mass for babies who died either before or after birth will take place this year on Friday, November 20, at 7.30pm in the church of the Immaculate Conception, Kilkerley. All parishioners from Kilkerley, Knockbridge and beyond are welcome to watch this Mass via webcam. Candles will be lit for each child. Call either parochial house in Knockbridge or Kilkerley and give the name of your child or you can go to the church on the day of the Mass and write the name of your child on a candle provided. All the candles will be placed upon the altar during the Mass.
