Kathleen Kelly (née Mackin), Oaklawns, St Alphonsus Road, Dundalk, and formerly of the Mills of Louth, whose death occurred, peacefully, at home, on 22 November, 2020. Kathleen, beloved wife of Peadar, dear mother of Anita and sister of Patricia, Bernadette and Eileen. Kathleen will be sadly missed by her husband, daughter, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Private funeral on Tuesday at 2pm in St Joseph’s Redemptori­st Church which can be viewed on www. churchserv­ices.tv/Dundalk. Peter Muckian, Glenwood and formerly of Carrick Road, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 20 November, 2020, peacefully, in the love and tender care of The Mater Hospital, Dublin. Predecease­d by his parents Peter and Sheila, brother John, he will be sadly missed by his loving sister Mary, brother Fr. Carmel O’Hare (née McKeown), Dublin Road, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 19 November, 2020, peacefully, surrounded by her family, in the loving care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Loving wife of the late John and dear mother of Seamus, Miriam and Regina. Professor Kieran Taaffe, Rock Road, Blackrock, Dundalk whose death occurred on 20 November, 2020, peacefully, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, after a short illness. Past pupil of CBS Dundalk and graduate of UCG. Former Head of Physics, Vice Principal and Dean of Internatio­nal Affairs, Dublin Institute of Technology, Kevin Street. Board member of many charitable foundation­s. Predecease­d by his parents, John and Eileen, his brother Aidan, and his sister Margaret. Kieran will be sadly missed by his brother Michael and sister Mary (UK), his sister-in-law Evelyn, brother-in-law Joe, nieces Lindsey and Jennifer, nephews Lorcan, Fergal and David. Sue (Susan) Stafford (née Henry), Aghameen Park, Dundalk, and late of Derry, whose death occurred on 17 November, 2020, peacefully, in the kind and gentle care of the staff at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin. Predecease­d by her beloved husband Stanley and cherished mother of Paul, Ann, Michael and Suzanne, Sue will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her sons, daughters doting grandchild­ren James, Ellen, Joni, Ava and Toni-Leigh, daughters-in-law Michelle and Leisa, sons-in-law Eddie and Peter.
