The provincial title has never achieved by St Brides or any team in Louth. The Leinster championship game is due to be played in January (club games pending obviously) The fundraiser will also include a part donation to SVP. The 9 week online plan consists of from the couch to a 5km programme by the approved NHS podcast along with weekly classes ranging from Pilates, yoga, circuits, strength and conditioning, stick fitness as well as ideas of meals from a nutritionist and well-being sessions.
