Michael (Mickey) Bates, late of Seafield Lawns and Wolfe Tone Terrace, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 10 January, 2021, peacefully, after a long illness, in the kind and gentle care of the staff at St Joseph’s Hospital Ardee. Cherished father of Paul and Aaron. Briege Gonnelly, Woodview Park and formerly of Boyle O`Reilly Terrace, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 10 January, 2021, in the loving care of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Beloved mum of Bernadette and Joseph and dear nanny of Kirstyn and Aimee. Predecease­d by her parents Paddy and Catherine (late of Mary St. North), brothers Tom, Martin, Pat and sister Margaret Kelly, brother in-law Tom Murphy, sister in-law Eilish. Pauline Marley (née Campbell), Main Street, Castlebell­ingham, whose death occurred, peacefully at home, on 9 January, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Predecease­d by her sister Nora. Bernadette (Bernie) O’Connor (née Flanagan), Bellewsbri­dge Road, Dundalk, whose death occurred on 10 January, 2021, suddenly, but peacefully, at her residence. Predecease­d by her sons John, Desmond and Aidan (in-infancy), granddaugh­ter Lara.
