Permission requested for new mobile phone mast in Ravensdale
A new telecommunications mast is proposed in Ravensdale.
Towercom Limited has applied to Louth County Council for permission for a 24-metre lattice support structure (overall height of 25.5 metres) carrying telecommunications equipment including antennas, dishes, and associated equipment, together with new ground level equipment cabinets and fencing, at Eir Exchange, Dundalk Road, Drumnasillagh, Ravensdale.
Elsewhere there are plans for the former Queens licensed premises in Dundalk town centre.
Queens Property Pal Limited is seeking permission for the change of use of existing offices at 1st and 3rd floor to apartments consisting of 3 one-bed units and 1 two-bed unit and associated site development works, at Queens Business Centre, Earl Street/Crowe Street.
