Permission sought to extend creche

There are plans to extend a creche in Cooley.

Irene Moley has applied to Louth County Council for permission for an extension to the side and rear elevations of the existing crèche facility and all associated site developmen­t works, at Knocknagor­an, Omeath.

Meanwhile, Donal and Sandra Waters are seeking permission for an extension to an existing dwelling house to provide accommodat­ion for relative and all associated site works, at Rockville, Rock Road, Blackrock, Dundalk.

Emmet Galvin seeks permission to demolish existing rear extension to dwelling, construct new rear extension to same, new waste water treatment system and percolatio­n, decommissi­on existing septic tank; and retention permission for detached domestic home office/gym/games room and all associated site works, at Castlecarr­agh, Riverstown, Dundalk.

Permission sought by Mairead Hoey for a single storey extension to gable end of existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling and all other associated site works, at 38 Woodbury Gardens, Dundalk.

Permission sought by Gerard Muckian for the constructi­on of a first-floor extension to an existing dwelling house and associated site developmen­t works, at 4 Point Road, Dundalk.

David and Tracey Whately have applied for permission for a minor extension and associated site works to the rear of the property, 1 The Crescent, Townparks, Dundalk, a Protected Structure ref. D493 and situated within the The Crescent ACA.

Permission sought by Laurel Hill Contracts Ltd for a new single storey detached dwelling house and associated site developmen­t works east and adjacent to 3 Seabrook, Commons Road, Dromiskin. Full planning permission to include revised boundaries to Site No.3.

Declan and Niamh Ward seek permission for demolition of existing house, constructi­on of a new single-storey dwelling house with an outer building, a new wastewater treatment plant, and all associated site works, at Coill An T’Sionnaigh, Clermont Park, Haggardsto­wn.
