Copies of this magnificent book, detailing the history of Gaelic games in Glenville and Watergrasshill from 1885 - 2012 are available to purchase for €10. Please message John on 0857102290 for details. DADS AND LADS

Dads and Lads is a social football and hurling programme for those keen to enjoy Gaelic games outside the traditional competitive structures of the GAA.

The philosophy of GAA for Dads and Lads is all about participation and the camaraderie that only team sports can offer. The small-sided adapted games allow for incidental contact only (to minimise any risk of injury) so skills are to the fore over physicality. The games are self-governed – no referees.

It’s open to all and no previous experience of playing football is required. Numbers are growing every week. To sign up, or for more details contact John O’Connor our PRO on 085-7102290. LOTTO
