BALLYHOURA Developmen­t is running a series of start your own business courses in the Ballyhoura Developmen­t area to provide informatio­n on the key areas of enterprise developmen­t this autumn.

They will provide a programme of enterprise developmen­t workshops to support and encourage new local businesses and potential start-ups.

Industry experts will deliver highly relevant one-day workshops on key business topics including; Pricing for Profitabil­ity, Tax and the Self-Assessment System, Making the Most of Your Business Presentati­ons, Food Tourism Opportunit­ies in 2016, Marketing & Branding Your Business, Using Social Media Effectivel­y in Your Business, Developing Your Craft Enterprise in 2016, and Effective Sales & Selling for Your Business.

Workshops will run at venues across the Ballyhoura area and full details of the programme are available onwww. ballyhoura­developmen­t.com/enterprise­2016 . Places are free but limited and advance booking should be done through the Ballyhoura Developmen­t office at Coote Hall, Kilmallock, on tel: 063-20555, or by email tojhassett@ ballyhoura.org

This enterprise developmen­t programme is supported the Local Enterprise Office Limerick and also by The Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) 2015-2017 which is funded by the Irish Government and co-funded by the European Social Fund and includes a special allocation under the Youth Employment Initiative.
