CLUBS from across the divisions contested the County Scór na nÓg Table Quiz Final hosted in Bishopstow­n GAA Complex.

Fortunatel­y, for the organisers, favourable weather allowed young and old come to avail of the welcome break.

Mild conditions and seasonal music in the background added to the atmosphere where competitiv­ely at the end of the circuit, overall victory belonged to Leevale’s Alfie Davis.

A 17.07 minute time proved good enough for Davis to succeed, bettering Banteer’s Barry Meade and Willie O’Donoghue (Mooreabbey Milers) by 27 seconds and 70 seconds respective­ly.

From the senior ladies, Carol Finn (Leevale) collected the spoils from Eavan Long and Noreen Harvey.
