LAST year, Mark got the opportunity to lease a premises in the busy village of Knocknagree. He opened in mid October 2015 and has never looked back.
“The local community has been extremely supportive, and people from the village and all surrounding areas have been very welcoming and helpful” Mark said. He went on to pay tribute to his team; “Staff members have also been exceptional in helping me make this transition successfully, and hopefully together we will ensure the business continues to grow” he added.
The Knocknagree catchment area is quite large, with several densely populated townlands, and Mark finds that his customers travel to FaceCook from over a wide area. In addition, his customers from further afield are happy to travel for the great food; “Many of my regulars who have supported me over the years travel to Knocknagree on a weekly basis, and I want to sincerely thank all my wonderful customers who continue to support me” he added.
