“Some clients may have concerns about access but we have a small compact truck which can fit into the smallest of driveways or backyards and is not too heavy so as to damage lawns, tarmac or any type of driveway,” he added.

So what exactly can Envirodrain do for you? Thomas explains briefly from the list of services available on how Envirodrain can meet your needs.

We empty all types of tanks in line with the environmental regulations and all waste is disposed of in the local wastewater treatment plants. We are licenced waste collectors and can furnish clients with proper certification with permit numbers so they can show in the event of a septic tank inspection as it is a legal requirement to dispose of sludge in a proper manner.

We cover commercial and domestic clients, while we can also offer the service of maintenance contracts in relation to the desludging of tanks on a yearly basis.

Septic Tank & Bio tank Cleaning/De-Sludging:

We unblock all types of drains: commercial, domestic, farm and land drains. We offer a jetting service for flushing out pipes and drains that may be blocked. We use a high pressure water jet which is very effective in cleaning and unblocking drains.

Drain unblocking and Drain Jetting:

We have specialised camera equipment for inspecting pipes and detecting breaks, blockages, leaks and the condition of pipes. We provide drain mapping if a client wants to know exactly where a pipe is underground or where it goes - we can pinpoint the exact location of pipes and drains. We also do surveys and provide our clients with survey details on film, disc or memory stick. Each job can be named, dated, documented and a report on the condition filed on disc for each individual job. In fact, we also extend this service to include chimney inspections using a camera to locate blockages and any unwanted problems with fireplaces or chimneys. We pinpoint the problems and give the client a detailed individual report in case of cracks in liners which could cause carbon monoxide leaks.

CCTV line Investigation for Drains and Chimneys:

We provide a grease disposal service for all commercial businesses including hotels, restaurants, bars and commercial kitchens of any size. We provide our clients with collection and disposal dockets in relation to the grease, so it has full compliance with all regulations and also full and documented traceability.

Grease Management:

We provide a grease management service, including specific individual grease trap sizing. One size doesn’t fit all as every kitchen is different and we provide enzymes and dosing systems for the control and breakdown of grease in kitchens. Power Washing:

We can provide pre-purchase property inspections and surveys prior to a client purchasing a house.
