When Ronan turns up on the street, aware that Adam slept with Trina, it becomes clear the drug deal has gone badly wrong. As Ronan drops threatenin­g hints to oblivious Tracy and Amy, Adam is terrified.

Meanwhile, Sinead feels burdened by the responsibi­lity of making the final decision about the baby. When Beth points out that Sinead knows exactly what she wants but just won’t admit it, will Sinead follow her heart?

Mick receives an unexpected offer which would potentiall­y keep him out of jail, but he shocks everyone by refusing to take it.

With a prison sentence for Mick now looking likely, Johnny orders his dad to tell Linda the truth about Lee and the debts before he gets sent down.

Meanwhile, Sylvie shares an upsetting memory about the past with Shirley and Tina. Tina is far more sympatheti­c than Shirley, leading to an argument between the sisters.

Elsewhere, Shakil has finally had enough of Keegan and the tension between the two boys leads to a fight. Carmel isn’t impressed by the commotion and gives her son some harsh home truths. With concern mounting over all the recent drama in Walford, Carmel suggests that Denise should hold a community meeting.

Also today, Whitney offers Lauren some advice about her relationsh­ip with Steven. However, her presence isn’t welcome everywhere as Shirley warns her to back off from Mick.

EMMERDALE

Chrissie is leaving the village today after being ousted from Home Farm, but Rebecca still holds out hope that her troubled family can resolve their difference­s.

Making a last-ditch attempt to help, Rebecca handcuffs Chrissie and Lawrence together. Seeing the chaotic situation unfold, will Ronnie finally confess that he set Chrissie up?

Meanwhile, tension mounts when Vanessa criticises Pierce’s controllin­g behaviour towards Rhona. When Laurel helps to ease Rhona’s doubts over the wedding, Rhona sets a date for the ceremony, which will be taking place in six weeks’ time.

Elsewhere, Emma fears Finn is making a mistake by going to Australia alone.

Farrah and Renee lick old wounds when an Internatio­nal Women’s Day event ends with a lock-in at the pub. Niamh brings Hayley’s affair with Paul to an end.

Orla’s drunken act of generosity rocks her family, and Rose’s meddling threatens Eoghan and Miriam’s budding romance. Plus, Carol threatens Niamh - who responds in kind.
