League win for Mitchelstown
MITCHELSTOWN had a good win over Kildorrery in the Cavanagh’s Fermoy Div 2 FL at Kildorrery on Wednesday night.
Goals proved vital for the winners who held a slight lead all through. Brian White had the first goal from a penalty. Liam Keane also goaled from the penalty spot as Mitchelstown led 2-7 to 0-4 at half time.
The third goal came early in the second half by Shane Murphy. In the end Mitchelstown were victorious by 3-8 to 0-7.

The Under 21 B FC game v Clyda Rovers was postponed on Saturday and will be played this Saturday, April 1 in Castletownroche 4pm.
The Intermediate footballers had a draw with Castletownbere in the Co IFL at Castletownbere on Sunday. The final score was 2-7 to 3- 4.
