THE LATE BRIDIE O’BRIEN (nèe Barrow) RIP

THE death took place at Nazareth House on Sunday, April 16 of Bridie O’Brien (nèe Barrow) of Lisheen Row and formerly of Glantane.

Bridie, who worked for many years at the Central Hotel in Mallow, is predecease­d by her husband John and survived by her sons Johnny, Patrick and Donal, daughter Eileen, relations and friends.

Requiem Mass was celebrated in St. Mary’s Church on Tuesday, April 18 followed by burial in St. John’s Cemetery, Glantane.

THE LATE MARY WRIGHT (nèe Connolly) RIP

THE death took place on Monday, April 17 at Nazareth House of Mary Wright (nèe Connolly).

Formerly of Lachnalooh­a and Dromore Drive, Mary was a native of Rosscarber­y.

Mary is predecease­d by her husband, Sean (Fine Gael Mallow town councillor) son Martin, brother Batt, sisters Eileen and Lily and survived by her daughter Kay (O’Hanlon), son-in-law Michael, sisters Harriey, Ann and Bridie relations, kind neighbours and friends.

Requiem Mass was celebrated in the Church of the Resurrecti­on on Wednesday, April 19 with burial later in St. Gobnait’s Cemetery.

To the Wright and O’Hanlon families we extend our sincere condolence­s.
