SOCCER LEGENDS TALK
Duhallow Reds have organised for Liverpool and Ireland superstars Ray Houghton and Ronnie Whelan to Speak in the Edel Quinn Hall in Kanturk on Friday, May 12, at 8 p.m. The Champions league trophy will be in attendance on the night. All profits go to Marymount Hospice. Tickets (adults €20, under-16s and OAPs €15) available from bweengcelticunderage@gmail.com.
BWEENG TRAILBLAZERS
Bweeng Trailblazers annual 5k and 10k race takes place on Sunday, May 7, at midday. SKECHERS are the main race sponsors this year and the club is also delighted to have Imagine Broadband back again for their second year of sponsoring this event. It is expected that there will be a very big attendance this year with online entries already surpassing last year’s total entry.

LAHARN DANCE
The annual Laharn Cross Fundraising Dance will take place this Saturday night, April 22, in the Edel Quinn Hall, Kanturk with music by the Lee Sound. Dancing commences at 10 p.m. and entry is only €10. Please support and all money raised will go towards the cost of providing cross roads dancing in 2017.
TRADITIONAL IRISH NIGHT
The final traditional night of the 2016/2017 at Laharn Heritage Centre will take place this Friday night, April 21, commencing at 9.30 p.m. Come and enjoy a great night of music, song, dance and entertainment for a few hours and of course the cup of tea and cake during the night also.
