DANIEL DONOUGHER R.I.P.

THERE was deep shock in the community at the news of the untimely passing of Daniel Donougher in Limerick on Thursday, June 22.

From Beechgrove, Castlepark, Daniel was a member of the Irish Defence Forces, joining in August of 2016, and a former popular employee at the Arches Bar in Mallow.

He is survived by his parents, Philip and Daniela, sister Ninette, relations and many friends.

Requiem Mass was celebrated in the Church of the Resurrecti­on on Tuesday, June 27 at 11am with burial with full military honours afterwards in St. Gobnait’s Cemetery.

PATRICK (PADDY) DINAN R.I.P.

THE death took place of Patrick (Paddy) Dinan at Cork University Hospital on Saturday, June 24.

From Seamus Murphy Place, Paddy is predecease­d by his brothers Maurice, Jim and Mick, sister Julie and survived by his wife Mary (nèe Hogan) sons Danny, Jimmy, Pa and Michael, daughters Julie and Mary Ann, sisters Nora, Theresa and Mary and relatives and friends.

Requiem Mass was celebrated in the Church of the Resurrecti­on on Tuesday June 27 at 3pm followed by burial in St. Gobnait’s Cemetery.

KATHLEEN O’LEARY (NÈE HENNESSY) R.I.P.

THE death occurred of Kathleen O’Leary (nèe Hennessy) at Nazareth House on Wednesday, June 21.

Kathleen is predecease­d by her recently deceased husband, Paddy, infant son Padraig, sister Tess O’Mahony (Mallow), brothers Billy (Ballybrack) and John (Dromahane) and survived by son John, daughters Margaret (McAuliffe( and Patricia (O’Callaghan), relatives friends and kind neighbours.

Requim Mass was celebrated in the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary at 11.30am on Saturday, June 24 followed by burial in Oldcourt Cemetery.

MARY MURPHY (NÈE TIERNEY) R.I.P.

THE death took place at Nazareth House on Sunday, June 25 of Mary Murphy (nèe Tierney) of Blackrock Park and formerly of Templemore, Co Tipperary.

Mary is predecease­d by her husband, Billy, and son Jim and survived by her sons Liam, Colie and David, daughters Mairead ( McGrath) and Liz (Doyle), relatives , neighbours and friends.

Requiem Mass was celebrated in St. Mary’s Church at 1pm on Tuesday, June 27 followed by burial in St. Gobnait’s Cemetery.
