MUSEUM

This column has long been an advocate for the provision of a local museum in Buttevant. Although the remains of Emperor Napoleon’s charger, Marengo, are no longer being returned to Ireland, the a museum should still be considered as there are many historical artefacts that could be put on display if the place became available.
