Berry Hill, Castlelyons - ‘New planning permission under appeal. No issues with estate. No action required.’

Ard na Ri, Castlelyons - No action required. Churchfield, Castlemagner - ‘Recommendation to settle bond at full value. In correspondence’.

Mullavale, Castletownroche - ‘New owner proposed to accept liability for defects. Bond to be replaced. No action required.’ The Pastures, Charleville - ‘New owner expected shortly. In

correspondence re: bond.’ Oakfield, (Pairc na Darach),Charleville - ‘No action required’. Lios na Ri, Charleville - ‘Seeking bond settlement to facilitate (Cork County Council) taking in charge.’

Earl’s Court, Churchtown - ‘Site Resolution Plan informally agreed. Seeking AIB to fund developer in remedial works.’
