The Lotto was held on Monday, July 10, at the Idle Hour. There was no winner of the Jackpot of €4,400. FATIMA PILGRIMAGE

CHOIR AND ALTAR SERVERS’ TOUR:

The Choir and Altar Servers’ Tour took place on Wednesday, July 5. The bus left Ballyhea after 10am Mass bound for Lismore. In Lismore the Parish Church was visited along with St. Carthage’s Cathedral and the gardens of Lismore Castle. Lunch was eaten at Eamonn’s Place in Lismore. In the afternoon the tour went on to Mount Melleray Abbey where they joined with the Monks for Vespers. Thanks to Griffin’s Coaches and their driver Michael Carroll.

MEN ON THE MOVE:

Men on the Move returns every Monday and Thursday in the GAA hall. Sessions are Mondays 7.30-8.30pm and Thursday 7-8pm going forward.

Fight for Fionn is a charity set up to raise funds for Fionn Barry, a 2 year old boy from Ballyhea who has a seriously debilitati­ng and life limiting illness and needs 24 hour care. CORK COUNTY SENIOR HURLING CHAMPIONSH­IP FIXTURE:

The Senior Hurling Championsh­ip game against Bishopstow­n has been fixed for Monday August 7 in Mallow at 7pm. Best of luck to the team and mentors.

GAA MEMBERSHIP:

Club membership is now due, €40 per adult, €20 per Juvenile and over 65 and €80 family membership of two adults and two U.18 juveniles.

45 DRIVE:

The 45 Drive will continue at the Corbett Court every Wednesday night at 9.15pm.
